My main duties and responsibilities include: • Supporting in all planning activities and financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, commercial developments, and long-term planning; • Review and analysis of new products & tariffs together with the marketing team; • Training and coaching team members;• Overseeing the payroll function and reviewing the monthly payroll run.• Management of the Company's insurance portfolio

With the change in ownership from Vodafone to Monaco Telecom, my role as a specialist within the Financial Planning team, brought about wider duties and responsibilities. These include: • Review of month-end results and presenting financial performance to the executive management;• Preparation of budgets (Revenue & Direct Cost) and rolling forecasts, including liaising with internal stakeholders and presenting to executive management;• Reporting variance analysis on a monthly basis. Escalating abnormal variance and provide solutions and recommendations as a way forward;• Carrying out ad-hoc analysis as may required;• Coordinate the monthly payroll, using both Dakar Software and Shireburn Indigo Software;• Submission of market related KPIs to the Malta Communications Authority on a quarterly basis. Acting as a liaison with the regulator on an ad hoc queries and market analysis.

During my time at PwC, I have assisted on projects related to performance improvement such as EU funding assistance, operations consulting, project and change management and the formulation of target environment systems for an ERP system implementation.
