I was employed at the Whitemoss site in Skelmersdale after it had only been open 12 months, to write and deliver a strategy to launch own brand freshly squeezed juice (FRESHJ), plant-based meal solutions and dairy free yoghurt (Erity) into the foodservice and business 2 business sector. An area they had no presence in or experience. AMFRESH had only dealt with retail customers (Sainsburys, Tesco, Waitrose M&S) plus a number of brand’s (BOL, Soupologey, Rebel Kitchen). Within weeks of writing the plan we won our first tender with Reynolds foodservice worth £1.6 Million and Greencore £500,000 supplying Fresh Juice and own brand Erity dairy free yog. After 6 months I had grown the B2B and Foodservice sector to £4.25 million, with a planned growth to deliver £7.54 Million by August 2021 across B2B the home delivery market and foodservice. I have also recruited 2 business executives who report directly into me, who manage the accounts after I have won the business, this enables me to continue delivering new business across the company.
