I listen to their individual needs and have the authority to negotiate a suitable account, meeting those needs;• I have responsibility for ensuring customers remain with the business and will engage with clients who may wish to end the relationship with a view to persuading them otherwise;• I have experience of dealing with customer complaints, made orally and I writing. I have gained the necessary communication skills required to resolve any complaints in an effective and efficient way;• I am responsible for all sales and marketing staff recruitment, training and development;• I undertake any additional duties as directed by my line manager;• I ensure that professional and appropriate point of sale material and literature is available; and• I accompany my team when we go out into the community, speaking to the public about our facilities, and the advantages of becoming a member.But the main part of the sale role is to hit my monthly targets, and to over achieve them each month.
