Oversee the running of departments within the Foundation that focus on engagement and development of all individuals through the medium of sport within South Wales and overseas. To work closely with department managers to develop existing projects offered, and develop new offerings based on changes occurring within all areas of our environment.

To oversee the day to day operations of eight unique departments within the Foundation. Conduct monthly meetings to determine where departments have excelled or require improvement moving into the next calendar month. Where performance is not of the required standard, ensure that appropriate action plans have been implemented, these are then reviewed on a frequent basis. To ensure a good working relationship with the senior management team, and provide up to date details on department operations in the form of written reports and overviews. Initiate, maintain and develop good working relationships with key partners and stakeholders. To liaise with the finance team to make certain that financial decisions are within the best interest of the Foundation. Conduct staff inductions, including the completion of all relevant documentation & signing off of policies and procedures to allow a smooth transition into the Foundation.

Management of the technical and educational aspects for the Cardiff City FC Education & Futsal programme run from the House of Sport 2 site in Cardiff.Responsibilities also include:- Day to day management of programme budget, attendance figures and quality assurance.- Working towards/attainment of KPIs, and the review process associated with planning for future targets.- Marketing of the Education and Futsal Programme for the Cardiff site, and providing support to other educational hubs during this process.- To develop new and maintain existing working relationships with key partners to the benefit of both parties.In addition to the above close working relationships have been developed with the Football League Trust and PFA. This has been achieved and maintained through the completion of annual reports and award applications.- Completion of Football League Trust Annual Community Club of the Year application. In 2013 the Cardiff City FC Community & Education Foundation were awarded South West Community Club of The Year and shortlisted for Community Club of the year.- Close working relationship with PFA during annual reports for player appearances for the last 3 seasons. 2011/2012 season saw the club recognised as having the highest number of player appearances of all the premier league and football league clubs.
