This can involve creating and implementing standardized procedures, managing our sales pipeline, and ensuring consistent use of Hubspot that is our current CRM system.*Reporting and Performance Metrics: Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards to monitor sales performance at DB24. This includes tracking metrics like lead conversion rates, sales cycle length, and quota attainment to help our sales team stay on target.*Sales Tools and Technology: Managing and maintaining sales tools and software, such as our CRM system Hubspot and like our sales automation tool Apollo.io. Ensuring that the sales team has the right tools and that they are used effectively.*Sales Strategy and Planning: Assisting in the development and execution of sales strategies. *Training and Support: Providing training and support to the our sales team on processes, tools, and best practices.

It’s a little unexpected, especially for a fellow Swede!*Meetings: I keep my CSO’s calendar packed with new opportunities. Booking meetings is one thing, but finding the right people at the right time to move up the deal funnel is the real challenge. That’s why I focus on both quality and quantity.*Study: I’m constantly learning—through books, podcasts, events, and a sales course with over 500 videos called Closers Only Academy. My thirst for knowledge is both my curse and my blessing since I have a hard time stopping.*Educate: I share my knowledge with my team, so we are dedicating 30 minutes every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning to learn new skills or sharpen existing ones. You either evolve or dissolve.*Work Environment: Every colleague at DB24 is enthusiastic and goal-driven, which has helped us overcome significant challenges over the years.
