I have been working freelance for different clients during this difficult period.Over the past 12 months I was contracted for 1 month for a VVIP family at a Balearic Villa, spent 2 months cooking for an UHNW client in the UK, I have acted as a consultant to help relaunch a high end French Bistro on a Thai Island and, most recently, attended and catered to a holistic workshop on the Mexican pacific coast for one month.I am available and eager to discuss a variety of land and yacht based private chef roles, both temporary and permanent

Trained as a chef in the summer months in the UK. I spent my winter months working in Ski resorts such as Chamonix, Val d'Isere, Meribel and La Rosierre catering and running chalet hotels, both large and smaller, more exclusive chalets.
