As the Chief Financial Officer of Dentsu Hong Kong, Simon oversees financial operations in the area including financial planning, client profitability, contract management, and resource planning.Simon is more than just a financial executive but a versatile leader familiar with all aspects of the industry. He has been involved in client negotiations, agency strategy, operations, and management of joint ventures. His acumen and oversight continue to enhance profitability throughout the agency and he prides himself on getting more done with less.Before joining Dentsu, Simon was with WPP and IPG on various senior Finance roles, overseeing financial and operational functions for brands like Grey, BCW, Weber Shandwick, Golin. He started his career in management consulting with PwC and Mitchell Madison Group, and has worked in other Fortune 500 companies like Disney and Philip Morris both in Asia and in the United States.Simon studied finance and international affairs at Columbia University in New York City.
