As Director of Finance operationally reporting to Kumtor Gold Company President and functionally reporting to Centerra Gold Inc. CFO.Managing three teams, namely, Finance, Rick Management & Continuous Improvement and Information Technology, comprised by 50 members.In addition to, the Financial Controller responsibilities:-Living and Promoting the Company core values in delivering results, winning as a Team, continuously improve and being a responsible miner-Develop financial goals and objectives aligning to various stakeholders including Kumtor Gold Company and Centerra Gold Inc. strategic business and operational targets-Develop and monitor Risk Management processes and procedures in ensuring adequate controls and mitigation plans are in place to limit likelihood and severity of occurrence-Develop and monitor Continuous Improvement processes and procedures with the aim of improving operational efficiencies and/or financial results in maximising Life of Mine Net Present Value-Oversee various application/projects to support operational and administrative activities with the objective to improve by embracing Technology.

As a Financial Controller direct report to Vice President Finance, and performs Vice President Finance duties and responsibilities in his absence.Management of finance team comprised by 30 members located at the mine site and main office.Responsible for:- financial reporting- treasury function/ cash management- financial modelling / budgeting- internal control compliance- tax management- IFRS compliance

In addition to, the roles and responsibilities of the Chief Site Accountant & Financial Analyst position:-Manage daily operation in the accounting department -Supervise a team of 7 accountants, by reviewing daily payment process, payroll calculations and payments, accruals, bank reconciliations, and etc. -Responsible for closing month-end accounting books-Person-in-charge for updating ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) accounting module settings (when necessary)-Conduct IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) training to accounting and finance department

-Financial assistant to the President of the company-Support other departments with internal and/or external financial & accounting related requests -Financial modeling of four gold mine properties in Mongolia at different lifecycle stages (mine development, mine operation, and mine closure)-Perform and communicate Business Scenario Financial Analysis-Supervise and prepare Annual Budgets and Quarterly Forecasts -Prepare and communicate Month End Reports and Quarterly Reporting-Update Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) and accounting policy documentation -Assist with yearly financial and SOX audits with KPMG Canada and PWC Canada respectively-Assist with yearly insurance renewal process-Assist with feasibility studies on financial related information-Manage continuous improvement projects, such as, heavy equipment componentization and inventory reduction program

- Specialized in insurance industry with exposure in health industry and reverse take-over (RTO)transactions- Led financial audits under International Accounting Standards (IAS) / International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and internal control audits under International Standards of Auditing (ISA) and Sarbanes Oxley (SOX)

- Specialized in mining, retail, manufacturing, and trading industries with exposure in non-profit organization and construction industries- Led financial audits under International Accounting Standards (IAS) / International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)Led internal control audits under International Standards of Auditing (ISA) and Sarbanes Oxley (SOX)- Selected as one of the pioneer members to undertake audit engagements in Mongolia (new market)- Managed audit teams comprised up to 9 members
