A director level people leader and claims specialist. I am a Chartered Insurer, ACII and have been in the insurance industry for over 35 years with in excess of 30 years in Claims across Personal and Commercial lines. I have been in series of leadership roles covering strategy, technical consultancy, operational delivery, fraud, process & claims best practice, and previously ran the UK Technical Claims function. My current role has been leading the business deliveries for our programme to transform the claims platform across the UK and Europe, for all of our Personal and Commercial product classes. Alongside the technology delivery, I have been ensuring processes, functionality and overall customer experience is optimised for our customers and brokers, including their digitisation.
