I am a senior commercial lawyer with over 25 years of legal advisory and transaction experience assisting corporate and government clients, fund managers, investors and developers throughout Australia and Asia.I help clients navigate the complexities of capital transactions, and major development, energy transition, and social infrastructure projects, including tax-effective structuring, obtaining regulatory approvals (including FIRB), managing legal and commercial risks, and negotiating and documenting direct and indirect buy/sell/M&A, joint ventures and co-investments, and major precinct and mixed use developments.My experience spans all property classes - commercial office, industrial and logistics, healthcare, aged care and retirement, residential communities, strata apartment projects, retail activity centres, hospitality and leisure, universities, and pastoral agriculture.
