As long as I can remember I have been fascinated by construction. The capability of a team able to build buildings has always captured my imagination since a very young age. I also had the aspiration to manage a company. So not only did I dream of building, but I also wanted to lead a team.When the opportunity came to join Armstrong Downes I knew that this was my chance to make my dream a reality. I joined the company as a newly graduated Quantity Surveyor in 1997 and in 2004 became a company director.There have been many highlights along the way.
