Started his career training to be a Chartered Accountant in what is now Deloitte in 1988 and qualified in 1991. Joined Kilsby & Williams in 1991 and became a partner in 1998. Heads the delivery of audit services for clients and is lead partner on financial due diligence work. Has extensive experience and is highly regarded in South Wales for the raising of capital for business growth including grant funding.Has helped many businesses achieve a financial advantage over their competitors and assisted businesses in their growth stage. Provides commercial advice and business planning consultancy for a portfolio of clients. Provides pre-sale planning for exit strategies and advises clients on acquisitions and disposals.Audit services:Leads the delivery of audit services to businesses ranging from local companies to international groups. Also provides internal audit skills on an ad hoc basis.Raising of finance:Has an extensive network of contacts with the ability to raise finance across most business sectors for growth and refinance.Accounting and commercial advice:Looks after a portfolio of clients providing them with business support and advice. Has many years experience of Sage accounting systems and similar software.Corporate finance:Has been lead partner on a number of acquisitions for companies and also disposals including MBO’s.
