Loss Prevention Specialist
CurrentI work as part of the Profit Protection team to add value to the efficiency and profitability of John Lewis.This is achieved by ensuring a safe and secure environment for customers and Partners and to protect the assets of the John Lewis Partnership including merchandise, cash, people, information, premises and brand. The role address all aspects of Shrinkage, including external and internal dishonesty, procedural failure, and administrative error within the John Lewis Partnership.The role also involves coaching and raising awareness of all aspects of Shrinkage and Crime to Partners making best use of the Partnerships policies, operating processes and procedures. I have developed strong established working relationships with key stakeholders throughout the branch but also with the Security team as a whole.
