Simon Thijs developed a new postural-correction therapy with special insoles. By walking on these soles the body is corrected and brought back in balance. The focus is not only on the feet as with podotherapy, but on the whole body: pelvis,neck,spine and legs.With a balanced posture the whole body needs less energy to move and this is beneficial for both physical and mental health.
