Prior to joining Campbells I was a senior associate in the funds group of another offshore firm and before that at Proskauer Rose LLP and Debevoise & Plimpton LLP in London where I represented institutional investors and fund sponsors on private fund matters.I have significant experience representing institutional investors on their alternative investments and private equity sponsors on the formation, capital raising process and ongoing operation of investment funds including buyout funds, credit opportunity and other debt funds, funds of funds, venture capital funds, real estate funds, infrastructure funds, microfinance funds, secondary funds, separate managed accounts and hedge funds. I have experience advising funds of funds, pension funds, insurance companies, development finance institutions, asset managers and sovereign wealth funds on key trends in fund terms, conducting investors' negotiations and providing advice on other issues relating to the fund investment process.
