Implementation of Mamut Business SoftwareClients: Atea Oceanie, Alba Exports, Delta Energy Services, Dynamic Equipment Co, Equetech, Great Hardware Ltd, IHBS, Lothian Office Interiors, Omni Instruments, Parallabs Ltd, Quay Pharmaceuticals, The Sales Office.I have project managed several implementations of Mamut Business Software (a small business ERP system comprising CRM, Web Shop, Accounts, Order Processing, Warehousing and Project Costing). A typical Mamut implementation involves analysis of the client business processes, tailoring the software to suit the company, importing a clean set of data from existing systems and providing training to ensure that each operator in the client company receives the correct training to do their job. I draw up SOP’s and process diagrams to visualise the business process flow.Web DevelopmentClients: Great Hardware Ltd, Woodlands Homecare LtdTechnologies: OSCommerce, PHP, MySQL, ASP Classic, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, Flash, JavascriptI have been involved in the development of two e-Commerce sites. I developed www.greathardware.co.uk and added functionality to www.tigersheds.com including an agents area for direct sales. This included management of group membership, printer assignment, redundant users and profiles.A program that prints EAN barcode labels for a virtual manufacturer. This interfaces with an ERP system to print product data.A program that acts as a Works Order module for Mamut.A large number of interface programs to pass data between systems. Many of these have used XML as a data layout.
