It CoordinatorWoodlands Homecare Ltd Jun 2011 - Dec 2012Contracted to provide IT Support and to give advice and help on how to improve IT Infrastructure and Business Systems. I began with audits of all IT Infrastructure and Business Systems. We then drew up a plan that involved the replacement of some IT Hardware and the implementation of a server on one of the two sites. It became clear that the Business Systems were not integrated sufficiently, resulting in a lot of manual re-keying and potential for mistakes, so I designed, developed and implemented a web-based integrated solution. I also provided full time IT Support and resolved a number of long-standing IT issues.
