I now provide training, advice and representation to a diverse array of clients, from the individual employee through to national companies such as Sainsburys and HSBC. Whilst the majority of my time is taken up with providing representation at Tribunal and within the EAT, I am regularly requested to provide advice and assistance both prior to and upon receipt of a claim. I am direct access registered and therefore can receive instructions directly from members of the public and Respondent companies, whether in providing advice, training or in conducting investigations and disciplinary hearings.I regularly provide training on all areas of employment law to in-house legal departments, HR professionals and law firms and if so desired a more specialist and bespoke training package can be provided which is tailored to the pertinent issues appropriate to each individual client and the sector within which they operate. Furthermore, being part of a set of chambers which is ranked as one of the top 30 sets in the country with national coverage and operating out of 5 different centres, I am able to offer training in conjunction with other specialist Counsel of differing levels of call.
