I am an accomplished procurement specialist with 27 years’ experience across both the private and public sectors. Following a number of procurement positions within central government and local authorities, I co-founded national framework organisation Pagabo in 2013, and took up the position of chief executive officer in 2017. I have proven success in fulfilling a wide range of projects, not only in the day-to-day management of complex, multi-stakeholder organisations but also the difficult navigation of complex scenarios while developing commercial sustainability. I have vast experience in the coordination and management of forward procurement plans, large scale and complex tendering, and procurement performance monitoring. I have been MCIPS qualified since 1998, and became fully NEC4 ECC Project Manager (PMA) qualified in October 2019. These qualifications and my experience all combine in my role as CEO at Pagabo, allowing me not only to drive towards the short, medium and long-term company goals, but also practically support the team on delivery objectives. One of our key missions at Pagabo is to drive change within the construction industry and through the use of industry-wide collaboration we aim to create a better future for all. Since 2017, Pagabo has delivered over £2.83bn of social value through works procured through our frameworks and in 2020, 70 per cent of suppliers across our frameworks are SMEs – bringing their talent to the forefront of the procurement landscape.
