Key Responsibilities:o Strategising, quoting for, implementing and managing recruitment marketing campaigns for clients throughout Australia and internationally.o Writing persuasive copy for position descriptions and application forms, and adapting them to suit job boards, newspapers, social media and radio.o Planning, managing and delivering projects, including promotion of advertising products, Local Area Marketing campaigns, awareness campaigns for new websites. o Developing internal and external communications, including press releases, brochures, newsletters, online content, social media promotion and copywriting workshops.o Managing relationships with internal Account Executives, external media providers (job boards, newspapers, media booking agencies), job seekers and clients.o Analysing and reporting on the success of marketing activities.

Responsibilities:o Advertising and filling employment vacancies as part of a Job Network team.o Writing advertisements aimed towards target markets, with details drawn from phone calls / visits with employers. o Building business relationships with local employers, via a variety of marketing and networking methods – emails, phone calls, personal visits, letters, and faxes.o Verifying and providing evidence for claims to Dept of Employment & Workplace Relations standards.o Facilitating weekly Job Focus Groups to give new perspectives on job searching.
