*Provide Level 1 , 2 and 3 Support *Support users from remote sites across Western Australia*Maintaining and configuring various application software for users*Documenting daily processes for new and existing IT employees.*Documenting solutions and guides for users upon service request*Image and deploy new workstations from SCCM *Create new users account into the network*Remove users from the network and proceed to the Account termination process for records keeping.

*Checking backups and ensuring backups have been completed; restore files from backup for returning patients.*Hardware replacement for users’ workstations.*Hardware and software trouble shooting.*Assist in Hardware and software upgrades.*Supporting users onsite and remotely.*Maintaining and installing the VMware architecture for test platforms and configuration changes when requested for live virtual machine.*Supporting new software for the development officer when required and then providing support/training to other users.*Creating and publishing technical documents for users.*Providing access rights and users permissions via Active Directory.*Supporting users from other businesses within the Genesis Care company.*Image new workstations upon request via SCCM .*On-call service for out of hour’s treatment on a weekly basis.*Onsite visits between major sites on a weekly basis.*Onsite installations for users that require remote access from home.
