I am a Partner at Spencer West LLP, specialising in Banking and Finance Litigation, and Insolvency. I have a particular specialism in secured lending, bridging loans, cashflow and asset/invoice finance, both contentious and non-contentious. As part of my practice, I advise and assist commercial, property and asset based Lenders in relation to their products and services, providing advice both for bespoke lending at the early stages of a transaction, and in the event of customer default.In relation to insolvency I work alongside businesses and IP’s assisting in business restructuring, liquidations and administrations, LPA/Fixed Charge Receiverships and tracing/enforcing antecedent transactions.
