- In charge of sales operations, CH forecasting and logistics- Scaled the region for our best-sellers the model 3 and Y - YoY growth multiplied by 4 and top 5 EMEA C-SAT in 2019- Building, training and managing team of 10 persons- Responsible of operations strategy and CRM- Define, monitor and report KPI's- Prospecting and negotiating with suppliers and real-estate

- Customers account management for Swiss market especially all customers B2C and B2B from Romandie area - CSAT of 95% (top 5 in all EMEA) - pipeline up to 450 customers per year- Lead a team up to 4 people (detailers and product specialists)- Responsible of Service Center delivery planning, vehicle preparation and customer onboarding- Handling contact with stakeholders such as leasing companies, government, bodyshop, carrier- Coordinate with internal departments such as Service, Logistic, Finance- Participate to events, prospection and renewal of customers- Create and analyse reports and propose solutions to improve delivery process

- Direct support to the head of sourcing Europe- Setting-up and animating the Europe sourcing community within 7 countries with monthly meetings and seminars- Defining needs and best practices per country (give and take attitude)- Improving effectiveness & efficiency of purchasing process by benchmarking affiliates and creating EMEA KPIs- Onboarding countries and implementing automated sourcing, invoicing and e-tendering portals- Delivering reports on projects status to team members, top management and other stakeholders by providing clear and transparent indicators and analysis (KPI, Dashboard, etc.)- Participating to tenders

- Managing the IBM complaint process for South Europe key accounts - Leading critical situations till client satisfaction by identifying and engaging appropriate worldwide IBM resources - Handling the internal and external IBM's communication with top management- Developing action plans and oversee their implementation- Working under high-pressure and short deadlines
