Design is more authentic, evocative, and compelling when it is rooted in a strong narrative.These days spaces need to be much more than functional. They need to be experiential and authentic. This is why I have decided to start a new Experiential Design Studio that predominately focuses on Place Making, User Experience, and the Design Narrative, or "Story Telling". I believe that a strong strategy and narrative is key to a successful design solution and user experience. At Endrim, we take a holistic, multidisciplinary approach to design. We seek to comprehensively understand our clients’ business needs, their brand identity, their people, their culture. Only from there can a strong physical design concept emerge.

The Consulting Team at Woods Bagot covers a wide variety of consulting services for our clients including Brand & Culture, Retail, Workplace and Research. I create strategies for my clients that help them solve their business objectives through research, planning and design. We create what we call “design intelligence” for our clients. This includes, envisioning, briefing, strategic planning, change management, design review, and concept design. I focus on helping my clients achieve significant business value by applying tailored solutions fuelled by research and global experience.

Greater New York City Area

Gensler is currently the world’s No.1 Global Design firm. My role of Design Director, was to lead the Brand Design Discipline to help solve our customer’s business solutions through Interdisciplinary design. I was fortunate enough to work for some of the worlds most prestigious and powerful brands. I successfully lead my design teams to create brand strategies, communications and environments that were powerful and meaningful. I worked with a team that was responsible for the brand strategy, naming, identity and creative design for Microsoft’s new tablet called “Surface” that was just released to compete against Apples Ipad. As a contrast, I worked on the renovation of the Coca-Cola Headquarters in Atlanta. The renovation of the campus included 6 buildings and vast public spaces, that connected over 4000 staff over 2 million sq feet of campus. My role was to integrate the Coca-Cola brand throughout the campus and retail environments, while ultimately elevating the customer and associate experience by providing unexpected moments that support the brand.

As Creative Director at Perkins + Will, Branded Environments, I developed strategic and creative direction for my design teams. Through the use of strategic tools and detailed research that is the platform for my work, I have been able to identify a client’s unique “DNA ” and integrate that essence into tangible brand expressions, experiences and environments. Through this process, meaningful two and three-dimensional contact points are created to communicate the company’s brand and achieve it corporate goals. My group’s success stems from a dedicated, multi-disciplinary team that includes specialists in strategic consulting, brand development, research, marketing communications, graphic design and interior architecture.
