Three parts of my job duties:1) As Facility manager: Overall Responsibility: management, maintenance, operations, supervisions and efficient utilization of properties designated for company operations. Ensures building facilities and Life Safety procedures are maintained to Class A office standards, appeals and meet the employee/tenant physical and safety requirements. Work directly with outside consulting services, suppliers, architects, engineers, contractors, and property maintenance vendors as required.  Maintains detailed and updated property information to include tracking of maintenance, planned maintenance schedules, repair and operating costs.  Routine supervision on all the basic requirements of the building including but not limited to hygiene, water, electricity, air condition, etc.  Ensure all the building codes are in compliance with City and State standards.  Organizing emergency and disaster preparation training.2) As Director of IT;Overseeing the day to day operation and development of computing environment including network wiring and speed, security; cloud storage, file server and computers functionality, software applications; VOIP phone system; card key and camera monitoring security system;3) Office Manager:Managing and develop all A/V needs, marketing and the maintenance for rental space venue; Maintain the flow and the operation of the office.
