Experienced Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the non-profit organization management industry.Within my role as Senior Operations Manager at Coast & Country I am responsible for the day to day running of a large maintenance building team. We have a large in-house DLO team which consists of 140 Maintenance Trade Operatives, Surveyors, Managers, Team Leaders, Resident Liaison officers and Administration staff.I am also responsible for multi million pound budgets within social housing delivering Maintenance, Compliance and Cyclical programme of works. I have a hands on approach to financial planning and promoting value for money within the organisation. I have also introduced a Performance Management Framework and suite of KPI's to maximize productivity, quality control measures and customer satisfaction, embedding a performance management culture within the organisation.
