I am currently based on-site for North Wales Housing as a direct customer of NORTH.My role includes but is not limited to the following:• Align IT Strategy with the Business Strategy• Consistantly deliver high levels of customer satisfaction• Inspire, manage and lead my team• Translate customer requirements into activities, measures or service components• Managing the Service Desk, Change Control, Asset Management and CMDB, Service Delivery• Assist and Advise with the Managed Service contract• Service reviews with customer• Represent the service across the organization• Point of escalation for incidents relating to the service delivery• Process design and automation• Facilitate and govern effective and efficient change management• Ensuring adherence to all established SLAs and OLAs relating to the service• Facilitate effective service monitoring and performance reporting• Set, review, monitor, exceed and report on KPI’s throughout areas of responsibility• Procurement: Negotiate with suppliers, aid design and adhere to procurement obligations• Budget maintenance for the customer and employer• Build and maintain a knowledgebase• Developing, designing and implementing new service delivery processes• Continually improve efficiency and effectiveness• Ownership of QHSE deliverables in line with ISO requirements• Identify and design new service offerings and opportunities• Identify training and development needs in line with strategy and contract requirements• Review, identify and implement Service Management tools• Attend industry and networking events• Advise on industry and market trends, especially within the housing sector• Project Management and Technical advice• Develop and maintain customer policies in scope of IT Services• Identify, Record and Mitigate Risks for both customer and employer
