I headed up a team of online designers in the in-house studio. I would support the team and help concept, design and deliver marketing campaigns for the Avios reward programme. Working from briefs, we delivered work such as banner designs (static and Flash) for the Avios website, DR adverts for the web, to designing and delivering email marketing campaigns. These campaigns focused on redemption and collection of the Avios currency in the form of emails, banners and landing pages which my team and I would test and deliver.
