Working in the Conversational AI (AI Core) team in the Artificial Intelligence and Research group (AI&R). - Worked on a conversational bot authoring platform and runtime, including an actions suggestions feature, where botlets could suggest other botlets to take over the control flow at any given time, using a common knowledge graph and ontology- Worked closely with data scientists and linguists on an offline metrics experimentation platform to assess product conversation quality from end-to-end, to support data-driven iteration.- Personal contributions included planning and architecture phases, making key design and structural decisions, as well as owning the implementation itself.
