I am currently a second-year Civil Engineering and Management student at McMaster University. As I continue to immerse myself in the field of civil engineering academically, my four years of hands-on construction experience have laid a solid foundation for my learning and have enhanced my understanding of structures and their intricacies. This deepened insight is further amplified by my specialized knowledge of framing techniques and ICF buildings.Beyond the books and blueprints, I have spent a lot of my life involved in sports. Fourteen years on the hockey rink, five years conquering climbing walls, coupled with involvements in soccer, volleyball, and baseball, have all refined my abilities to work in teams and practice leadership. As an engineer, I will be doing more than just building structures; I will shape the very fabric of our communities - from buildings to roads to homes, I will be crafting their future. With a strong foundation in both civil theory and practice, and a personality that thrives in teamwork and challenge, I'm eager to bring my construction and leadership background to a co-op position where I can further grow and innovate.
