Chef Simon Warren spent three and half years at the prestigous Atlant Athletic Club where he learned all aspects of the kitchen. Moving to Omni Hotels where he became a Sous Chef of the Omni CNN in Atlanta. and later took on Executive Chef position at the Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort then Omni HotelLos Angeles at California Plaza.
