Reporting to the WA State Manager and responsible for the management of all operations across the Kimberley region of Western Australia. The prime responsibility is to manage 3 housing programs supporting operations across varied contractual and policy frameworks. This includes: Managing a team of staff who are responsible for management of housing services as prescribed by the WA Government to remote aboriginal communities throughout the East Kimberley; Management of a transitional housing program in Kununurra, Halls Creek and Broome and Management of Social Housing in Kununurra The role is predominately focussed on managing relationships with Government, support and partner agencies, managing budget and team, to ensure compliant and effective delivery of services to ACHL tenants. As well as researching and building future growth opportunities for the organisation throughout the Kimberley. Services provided are often faced with numerous issues related to remoteness and poverty. This is balanced in a world where environment plays a significant role in how services can be delivered whilst maintaining expected compliances within a strict performance management regime.

Reporting to the Victorian and Tasmanian State Manager; developing systems, processes and tools to support the Victorian and Tasmanian Housing Teams and Victorian Homelessness Team; writing procedures and advising on policy; working closely with Corporate Services Quality Assurance Coordinator to support compliant practices in Vic and Tas; engaging with State federations to develop training framework and ensure appropriate skills resourcing of the operational teams

Maintain service budget; linking with numerous local services to support resident needs and engagement to the greater community; attending tribunal, calculation of rent, debt management; inspections and all other tenancy and property. Keeping all staff safe in a rather volatile environment.
