Real estate appraiser trainee for residential properties. Job requirements include the following under supervision: traveling to properties, measuring and calculating square feet of GLA, taking interior and exterior pictures of subject property, noting property improvements/upgrades and needed repairs, taking pictures of comparable properties, preparing uniform residential appraisal reports with all information and pictures for supervising appraiser.

Responsible for picking up event supplies and confirming event with designated account management. On site, responsible for effectively marketing and selling the designated brand through product sampling and give away. Maintaining a friendly and welcoming environment for consumers while educating them on key brand facts. Following event, responsible for logging payment at account and writing a detailed report form including sales statistics and consumer demographics.
