With over 25 years in software research and development I have extensive experience in many diverse fields, including AI, cloud computing, high performance computing, and medical imaging research and development. Such diversity has enabled me to deal directly with clients in both government and commercial industries to define new application proposals and then lead the solution designs and implementations. My skill set is as diverse as my experience and has developed over the years as technology has advanced. From utilising and supporting some of the world's fastest supercomputers, to developing containerised micro-service based applications to operate within current cloud computing environments, I have led teams of various sizes to develop everything from proofs-of-concepts and MVPs to new commercial applications and platforms using agile methodologies.
