Prospector Offshore Drilling SA builds and operates high-specification jack-up drilling rigs.While at Prospector I was responsible for overseeing the company's financial planning and analysis functions (FP&A), including budgets and forecasts, monthly and annual financial reporting, cash and liquidity management, and tax and regulatory compliance. In addition, I managed the company's investor relations program, which included managing ongoing communications with the company's global investor base, private equity owners, and presenting at numerous investor conferences.I also led a team which successfully put in place a $270 million syndicated senior bank loan and a $100 million subordinated bond.The Company was sold in November 2014 to a strategic buyer at a valuation of over $300 million per rig.
