Grew the Sheffield team from a team of 14, to a strong team of 32.Developed many members of the team, many of my team were trained from not having been in the industry before. This brought loyalty, a great team work ethic and a team of people who followed our processes and displayed our company values.A highlight of my time at Sheffield was making over £1M from New car sales alone.We built one of the highest performing sales teams in the Audi network, with unit sales in the top 5 in the country.When I left Sheffield, it was hitting exceeding targets, there was a very stable and strong team, who were performing at a very high standard consistently.
