Actively looking for employment opportunities.Duties: Responsible for all aspects of store, branch operations in accordance with policy, customer service and compliance Lead, coach and manage a team focused on achieving success in performance standards and indicators Monitor staff usage and ensure availability to meet customer demand while ensuring efficient operations Manage recruitment and induction processes Accountable for compliance requirements including reporting, procedures and data management Undertake personal and business lending within the scope of authority Refer business customers to other sections to meet their requirements Sell insurance products to customers based on needs Manage applications for home loans and mortgages Engage with customers on a daily basis and provide quality services Manage cross referrals to other sections within the bank Monitor performance and achieve growth performance indicators for deposits and lending Provide guidance and support to staff in meeting compliance requirements including implementation of procedures Deliver group and individual training  Provide professional coaching to staff for improvements based on observations between staff and customers Maintain the professional standards and expectations of the company and branch Compile daily, weekly and monthly reports Conduct regular internal audits of store operations and participate in third party, external reviews and audits Update data and utilise internal computerised systems for customer relationship management, transactional banking, small business and home loans and business banking
