Alongside this is the regular programme updates of progress, Risk, Issue and Dependency management and cost alignment. Furthermore I liaise with the wider People and Productivity change function to ensure cohesion of the colleague journey across all people change programs.I addition to this I Project Manage a group wide initiative to streamline and improve the Assessment and Selection step of the recruitment journey.SME resource is key to this programme as a range of 3rd party integration projects are underway. My role involves Program level engagement and liaison with internal engineering teams, Workday Config teams and external suppliers.

The new PM approach required a major behavioural change for Managers in particular and a mainstream shift in the balance of accountability for performance and growth from a management requirement to a personal colleague driven approach.
