Previously an electrician by trade, I now work for NATS in the Civil Aviation industry.I am positive towards change, accepting that in all walks of life we need to continually adapt to improve and survive. I enjoy being involved in development work and I am proud to have been a member of the Project Telstar core team, which introduced space based ADS-B to the North Atlantic Oceanic Control Area.I have a passion for training and have gained experience of this at all levels of the ATC business, from Ab- initio trainees to Valid ATCO continuation training. I like to take a hands-on approach, and thoroughly enjoy seeing a trainee progress through the end-to-end process.Outside of work you'll likely find me in the great outdoors! I enjoy plenty of sports, Tennis, Football and Mountain Biking to name a few. I also love a good long walk; Nothing beats getting out into nature to release the stress and cleanse the spirit!I'm a family man, and love nothing more than to share my hobbies with my wife and son, although they may not always be so keen to share them with me!
