At present I work as an Internet Provisioning Service Delivery EngineerIn the center of London working in the UK’s largest internet infrastructureBuildings.My main responsibilities are to install and configure company members from other large internet service providers on to the main London exchange.I am also responsible for organizing and negotiating with suppliers for all stock that is held off site.Other responsibilities include Site auditing, stock recycling and VIP tours of the industry buildings.

Planning, scheduling and delegation required to produce our large stock range of drug and alcohol training aids and more recently electric guitar amplifier and speaker cabinets.Product development.Refreshing products for our current stock range, plus taking a leading role in new and unique product ranges. Starting from drawings to mock-up design, and meetings with potential suppliers, to a finished fully stocked supply ready for general sale. And use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Sage and Photoshop.I have also recently introduced a CNC Router and have had the relevant training needed to be an operator.It is also my responsibility to be actively involved in the Sales Department, helping come up with new ideas to generate potential sales and identify new market places and populating databases.I have overseen the re-development ,reshaping and training of the Production Department finding new, more cost effective ways of producing the product with the understanding that we should always reduce costs while continuing to improve the overall quality of the product.I also maintain a friendly and professional relationships with all our suppliers and customers to ensure a long-term, symbiotic working relationship.Other duties include: stocktaking, administration and dealing with customer complaints.Project managed, and been hands-on labourer, in converting a large portion of the company’s property into rent able flats to increase annual profits and make use of wasted space.Developing new ideas and converting these into new products for the company, one of which was featured on channel 4’s show “embarrassing bodies” and the ITV News.

After progressing through the company via Onsite General Manager at various carDealerships including Ford, Rover, Porsche and Ferrari I went onto Divisional SupportManager. Where my duties included travelling nationwide as relief Manger for otherDealerships and Area Managers. I was also responsible for employee training andretraining, resolving any customer complaints and mediator between contractors andemployees where relationships had broken down.

Starting as a general Valeter I was quickly promoted to Site Manager for the Ipswich car dealership Jaguar where after a short time I was then promoted to Divisional Support Manager.My duties included:Finding and training a team of four employees to travel nationwide to act as cover management for staff holidays and sickness this included trouble-shooting and resolving customer complaints between contractors and employees where relationships had broken down and supplying additional personnel and supplies were required.Duties also included, Overseeing contract launches for highly profitable accounts at shipping docks, auctions and dealerships.I was also involved in experimental contracts such as prepping and maintaining the Porsche stand for the London Motor Show 1999.I then went on to Trainee Area Manager of Central London.
