My role is responsible for the management of the team at the UTS international student service centre of the university, which provides the service and support interface for its 7000+ International student body, assisting them with activities from arrival and orientation through to completion and graduation. The student centre interacts with internal university stakeholders and a wide range of external stakeholders to assist and advocate on behalf of students.. The mobility part of the role oversees the team responsible for the University's Exchange and Study Abroad programs and coordinates the management of its inbound international exchange and outbound exchange students services, events and associated processes and procedures. The position also oversees the broader relationships and engagements with our partner institutions across Europe, the Americas and Asia.

Development of new market opportunities for UTS International and increase the strategic engagement of faculties in key markets

Market responsibility for Middle East (Saudi Arabia, Iran, UAE and Gulf States), Pakistan, Bangladesh and Indonesia.Marketing strategy, promotional activities, and advertising in those countriesSponsor relations and sponsored student management and development Management oversight of the United States Title IV Loans Program and studentsExternal stakeholder and agent relationship management and developmentRepresentation of UNSW International on state and national benchmarking organsiations such as AIUDF, NDIP. Internal university liaison point and provision of advice for the above regionsDelegation visits and external relationsStaff management
