Responsible for the sourcing of suitable candidates for clients involved in the UK insurance industry, particularly in the selection for positions of claims managers and loss adjusters. Clients include many well known industry leaders, brokers and multinationals, located Countrywide. Initially given responsibility for one off placements for smaller independent insurance brokers, now one of the more experienced members of staff often dealing on a retained basis on projects for multinational insurance organisations.Responding to clients’ requirements in an efficient and timely fashion, sourcing suitable candidates from referrals or various in house or external databases, to fill their positions – ensuring all parties are fully updated as to progress of the vacancy/application processThrough information obtained by the interrogation of IT databases and analysis market information, provides clients with regular advice on current market trends, skill requirements, candidate availability and expected salary levels etcResponsible for the sourcing of potential candidates through face to face interviewing.
