The scheme comprises 1.2 million sq.ft of leisure, restaurant and retail space - Opened July 2007. Starbucks Coffee - Retained advisors to Starbucks Coffee Company the largest gourmet coffee operator in the world with over 9,000 stores world-wide and 700 stores in the UK.Sedley Place, Oxford Street, London W1 - Advised the Corporation of London on the site assembly of a number of properties adjoining Bond Street tube station. Subsequently advised on the development and letting of a new prime 65,000 sq.ft retail, office and residential development.Peterborough Station Redevelopment - Development advisor to Network Rail and ING on a 32 acre site surrounding Peterborough Railway Station, creating a detailed proposals for a mixed use scheme. St George’s Wharf, Vauxhall - On behalf of St George Plc, letting advice on 1 million sq ft mixed use retail, restaurant, leisure, offices and residential scheme overlooking the Thames at Vauxhall Bridge.Battersea Reach, Wandsworth - On behalf of St George Plc, development and letting advice on the phased mixed use scheme comprising 350,000 sq ft of commercial including retail, restaurant, retail and offices and approximately 1,200 residential apartments to be phased over the next 10 years.
