I am an experienced Executive Manager with a strong history of success in project management, procurement and infrastructure delivery. My achievements in managing, procuring, delivering and operating large and complex infrastructure have been made possible through an approach that combines my strong analytical and problem solving skills with team leadership, influence, persuasion and an emphasis on meeting corporate objectives.During my early career I was successful in traditional water and sewerage civil engineering roles within key planning, operational, maintenance, design, construction and project management areas, which led to further successful senior roles in ACTEW, and international assignments in Fiji, East Timor and Thailand. In 2005 my focus turned to business, corporate and senior management, obtaining significant experience in regulation, media, communications, procurement, corporate governance and shareholder management. In recent years I have taken high-level roles, successfully delivering the $155m Murrumbidgee to Googong Water Transfer Project as Client Project Manager, before taking the role of Group Manager Sewerage for ACTEW Corporation. I am passionate about the importance of the water industry and maintain very strong networks in the government and private sectors in the ACT region and nationally. I have a strong customer focus, a commitment to safety based on leading industrial experience, and a detailed understanding of the strategic imperatives facing infrastructure service providers.I enjoy being able to motivate and inspire people to perform at their best and deliver shared goals by building solid relationships individually and across an organisation. I achieve outcomes through effective and efficient risk management, my ability to innovate and a dedicated approach towards meetings outcomes.
