Extensively involved with the construction and implementation of the processes and procedures that have shaped the technical department to contribute to the ISO accreditation that Viezu Technologies is proud to have.Worked closely with Linda Busby, the Managing Director of Viezu, to PRINCE2 standard, to start up from scratch a brand new Fleet Support department. Creating the processes and procedures that have enable a fast and efficient team to be developed and trained in a short span of time to offer the very best high level service possible to our Fleet Management customers. Fleet file turnaround is down to an average of 4 minutes from the vehicle file entering the system, to being returned back to the engineer installing it to the vehicle providing unrivalled service and reduced down time for fleet operators.Created a brand new system and process for the technical support team to bring the service and file turnaround times inline with the extremely tight SLA's of the fleet support team. Efficiency was improved by over 50% and file turnaround times reduced by 70% with the implementation of strict efficient and well managed processes and systems into the department and team.Oversaw new product and software calibration development with technical reporting and development reporting created from all areas of the process and project work. Overall KPI monitoring and management reporting further developed during time as Technical Manager.
