My background is Technology and the operation of leisure centres. With this skill it has easily transferred into people flow and movement which every office building, shopping mall, football stadium has etc and have really utilised these key skills over to Omega Security Systems where I have succeeded a role with them from February 2018. This role is very fluid and is already ever changing to what the business requires from consulting to full project managementOne key thing I have discovered very quickly that in a leisure centre we were trying to get people in as customer friendly, easily, speedily, cost effective way in and out. The types of customers we had were, staff, casual user, cleaner, partial member, full member, visitor and parent of participant. These all exist in every business, some with different names, like member is an employee etc. With this thought process I can easily customise a people flow chart for any business.Omega Security Systems were my supplier for 15 years and they delivered always on time and budget and had a great working relationship with them, so it was very easy to move across to them and understand their visions. Since working with them I can see they can deliver whatever is needed which is very rewarding and productiveI very much look forward to growing and understanding Omega’s business and am excited to where we might be in 1,5 and 10 years!

I spearhead multiple technology projects and ensure the integration functionality of complex networks comprised of 120 remote servers running VMWare and virtual servers at each site with 2000 desktop and 2000 peripheral devices across the property. I design and develop business plans for IT integration in collaboration with the business development team.Key Accomplishments:" Implement, configure, and coordinate 2000 email accounts for users of applications ranging from On Premise 2003-2010 to Office 365" Ensure functionality of Windows operating systems and SQL 2008, 2010, and 2016." Launch, set up, and maintain hardware, software, and networks for acquisitions and new locations on tight schedules." Spearhead rolling upgrade program; supervise five-person installation team." Manage site budget of £2m and central systems budget of £1.1m, analyzing corporate funding requirements and allocating funds appropriately." Develop and implement data security and protection strategies, researching and executing disaster recovery projects and back-up solutions." Coordinate outsourced booking systems, as well as internal networks (from ADSL to Ethernet lease lines)." Review business development bids, liaising with clients for technical aspects of programming and installations.

I managed IT and communications projects for a private leisure management company, serving as the line manager to three direct reports. I launched innovative designs and technology. Prepared and delivered IT infrastructure and technology reports for Board of Directors." Led continuous process improvements, planning and budgeting new and refurbished leisure facilities projects." Designed, developed, and implemented databases (working in all versions of SQL)." Developed helpdesk operations, ensuring accuracy of weekly reports." Negotiated cost-effective contracts with suppliers and clients; prepared and submitted capital expenditures for all IT expenses." Supported mobile devices on all platforms." Maintained security and backup systems, implementing and overseeing Active Directory operations and all versions of Exchange design and support.

I managed staff and all site operations; I implemented a Quality Management System.

I administered the entire site, including personnel management, technical maintenance, budgeting, reporting, and payroll.
