I have been working within Thales GTS for over Ten years now, I started off as a Maintenance Tech on the Connect System on the London Underground, I became the Controller of planned maintenance for Thales Waterloo (London) a couple of years after this and started to grow my knowledge of the Connect System. After doing this for 2 years I moved into the Team Leader position for the Maintenance Team why still working as the Controller of Planned Maintenance. after doing this for 3 years I moved into a new role as Fibre and Install Team Leader on the same project for Connect.in September of 2021 I was asked to take up a new challenge and head up the Team for the new MTS Radio install which came with having a new Team put together consisting of different skill sets which has never been done within Thales (Connect) before. it has been very challenging but very rewarding on achievements. at the beginning of October 2022, I was asked to take over as the Project Engineer for the MTS delivery project which to this current day I am doing alongside my Team Leader role. again, this has been the biggest challenge of them all but again with huge achievements.
