My role with Downing Investors is to carry out operational due diligence for all areas of the business, and report back to the investors of best practice examples that will improve the business.Pub Managers who join companies as leaseholders may not be confident with the food operation and my work with Enterprise Inns is helping to ensure these business owners have the knowledge and information to set up and deliver a quality food operation, thus improving the profitability of their pub.
