Working as part of a small team responsible for management of the YBS Agency Network (circa 100 partners). Role manages all communication and engagement of the Network with Proprietors and counter staff, along with internal and external stakeholders. Includes the Agency Intranet, Community, Newsletters, Events and Recognition.- Gatekeeper and overall responsibility for all communications to the Agency Network including day to day newsfeeds, weekly communication updates and strategic proprietor communications.- Production of quarterly newsletter including content creation and management, design management, sign off, production, distribution to all areas of the Group and collating feedback.- Coordination of all community and ‘Locally Famous’ activities. Working closely with Corporate Responsibility, Press Office, Local Marketing and Development Managers to achieve this.- Management of all Agency Network events (specifically the annual partner meetings) to include all content, brand and design, logistics, delegate management, technical production, venue coordination, budgets and management of suppliers.- Responsibility for Agency Intranet - including design, functionality, publishing and all content.- Management of Agency Support Assistant. Includes ongoing development and training.- Oversight and close management of budget spend in areas of events, marketing and recognition. - Involvement in projects representing the Agency Network, such as Budget Changes, Customer Hub, Intranet Replacement as well as Distribution and Brand changes and agency openings.
