● Changing and varied roles. In this role I was expected to not just change location but to be able to learn new skills and undertake new roles in a variety of different companies, such as line operator in a factory and customer advisor in a recycling facility, this meant I had to be able to learn and put in practice new skill sets in a short amount of time.● Interacting with the public. In some of the roles I undertook It was expected of me to be able to interact and inform the public about the facilities they were entering and how to use them, I would achieve this using my communication skills and by gaining a working knowledge of the facilities I was in.● Working as part of a team to achieve set goals. I would be expected to reach certain targets to meet delivery orders in a time pressured environment, this was achieved through working as a cohesive team where I was expected to learn how to maintain and operate unfamiliar machinery.
