Simon is a corporate actor, professional coach and facilitator with many years experience. He works with leaders in the Public and Private sector, including High Court Judges, medical researchers, coal –miners, defence personnel, financiers, manufacturers - in Australia, NZ and USA, South East Asia, India, the Middle East and Europe. He is accredited in DiSC and MBTI and has a Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment. A graduate of The Victorian College of the Arts, Simon also has 33 years experience in Theatre, TV and Film. A particular speciality is creating very realistic simulations of difficult or crucial conversations as both facilitator and real player, where participants are able to stop and start and apply conflict resolution and communication skills and receive coaching, where the stakes feel real yet repercussions are not there.
